  1. These general terms and conditions apply to every offer from 123Fatbikeparts.nl and to every distance contract concluded between the entrepreneur and the consumer.
  2. Prior to the agreement, the text of these terms and conditions is made available to the consumer.


Article 3 – The offer

  1. The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products offered.
  2. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer do not bind 123Fatbikeparts.nl.


Article 4 – The Agreement

  1. The agreement is concluded at the moment of acceptance of the offer by the consumer and compliance with the conditions set out therein.
  2. After electronic acceptance, 123Fatbikeparts.nl confirms receipt by email without delay.


Article 5 – Right of withdrawal

  1. The consumer has the right to terminate the agreement within 14 days after receipt of the product without giving reasons.
  2. During this period, the consumer will handle the product with care.
  3. If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the consumer returns the product in its original condition, with all supplied accessories and – if reasonably possible – in the original packaging.


Article 6 – Costs in the event of withdrawal

  1. The costs of return shipment are the responsibility of the consumer.
  2. Upon correct return, the full purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days.


Article 7 – The price

  1. Prices will not be increased during the validity period of the offer, unless there is a change in the VAT rate.
  2. All prices include VAT.


Article 8 – Delivery and execution

  1. Delivery takes place at the address provided by the consumer.
  2. Delivery takes place within 30 days, unless otherwise agreed.


Article 9 – Payment

  1. Payment must be made prior to delivery.
  2. Inaccuracies in provided payment details must be reported immediately to 123Fatbikeparts.nl.


Article 10 – Complaints Procedure

  1. Complaints must be submitted within 14 days of receipt of the product, fully and clearly described.
  2. 123Fatbikeparts.nl handles complaints within 14 days of receipt.


Article 11 – Disputes

  1. All agreements between 123Fatbikeparts.nl and the consumer are governed exclusively by Dutch law.
  2. Disputes may be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.


Article 12 – Supplementary or deviating provisions

  1. Additional provisions or provisions deviating from these terms and conditions are only valid if agreed upon in writing.


Article 13 – Warranty

  1. 123Fatbikeparts.nl offers a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects on delivered products.
  2. Warranty does not apply to:
  • Incorrect or careless use;
  • Normal wear and tear;
  • External damage such as fall, impact, or water damage;
  • Modifications or repairs by third parties without permission.
  1. Warranty requests must be reported by email to info@123fatbikeparts.nl, stating the order number, a clear description of the defect, and preferably photos or videos.

  4. If the warranty claim proves to be valid, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge, or the purchase price will be refunded. The shipping costs for the return shipment will also be reimbursed.

  6. The warranty does not suspend the consumer's payment obligations.
