On this page, you can read all about our shipping terms. 1. Shipping Costs Within the Netherlands: €7.95 per order Free shipping on orders over €50 For Belgium and Germany: €11.95 per order Other countries: on request (contact us via info@123fatbikeparts.nl) 2. Delivery Times Orders placed on working days before 3:00 PM will be shipped the same day. Average delivery time within the Netherlands: 1-2 working days. Delivery to Belgium/Germany: 2-4 working days. During busy periods (holidays, promotions), delivery times may be longer. 3. Shipping & Delivery We ship with PostNL and DHL. After shipment, you will receive a track & trace code via email. Not at home? Then your package will be delivered to your neighbors or a pick-up point. 4. Risk & Damage As soon as your package has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive the track & trace code. Damaged or missing items? Report this within 48 hours of receipt via info@123fatbikeparts.nl with photos of the packaging and product. 5. Delayed or Lost Shipment Have you not received your order after 5 working days (NL) or 10 working days (BE/DE)? Please contact us. We will start an investigation with the carrier and keep you informed. 6. Pick-up At this moment, it is not possible to pick up orders at our warehouse. 📩 Questions? Return Conditions & Right of Withdrawal – 123Fatbikeparts.nl Version 1.0 – Last updated on September 7, 2025 We believe it is important that you are satisfied with your purchase at 123Fatbikeparts.nl. Are you nevertheless not satisfied? Then you can exercise your statutory right of withdrawal and return your order. 1. Right of Withdrawal You have the right to withdraw your order within 14 days of receipt without giving reasons. After withdrawal, you have another 14 days to return the products. You will be refunded the full order amount, including the original shipping costs. The costs for returning the products are at your own expense. 2. Exceptions The right of withdrawal does not apply to: Products that are not suitable for return for hygienic or health reasons and whose seal has been broken after delivery. Custom-made or personalized products. Digital products/services that have been delivered immediately. 3. Conditions for Return The product must be returned undamaged, complete, and in its original packaging (if reasonably possible). You may inspect the product as you would in a physical store. If you continue to use the product, we may charge a reduction in value. 4. Return Procedure Send an email to info@123fatbikeparts.nl within 14 days of receipt with: your order number, which items you wish to return, and optionally the reason for return (not mandatory). You will receive return instructions from us. Return the products within 14 days of registration. Keep the shipping receipt until we have processed the return. 5. Refund As soon as we have received and checked your return, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days via the payment method you used. Any reduction in value due to use outside of a normal inspection will be deducted. 6. Return Shipping Costs The costs for returning the product are at your own expense. You may return all items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in undamaged condition. Important conditions: The item must be complete, clean, and unused. If a product is returned damaged or used, we reserve the right to apply a reduction in value. Electronic products can only be returned if they are still in the original, unopened packaging and are not damaged. Exceptions: personalized items, products that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons (such as personal care products), and sealed products whose seal has been broken cannot be returned.

Gifted items must be accompanied by the gift receipt to be eligible for a refund. The return will be treated like any other return, and you will receive a gift card worth the current retail price of the item. Please note: gifts can be returned within 28 days of the purchase date.

We deliver throughout the Netherlands, including the Wadden Islands. Please note that delivery to the islands may take slightly longer. We also deliver to Belgium.
