  • Which items can be returned?

    Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition and must not be washed or worn. Please notify us immediately if an item arrives damaged. You will then receive a full refund.

  • How much are the shipping costs for returns?

    Returns are free when you use our prepaid return labels. Simply repackage the item, attach the label to the original packaging, and send it back to us.

  • I received an item as a gift. Can I return it?

    Items given as gifts must be accompanied by a gift receipt to be eligible for a refund. The return will be treated like any other return, and you will receive a gift certificate equal to the item's current retail price. Please note: Gifts can be returned within 28 days of the purchase date.
